WFML Real Bride: Daisy

Gorgeous bride Daisy and groom Liam had a gorgeous timeless and personal wedding together at a private residence. The couple went for a "garden wedding" vibe, ensuring the day was casual and intimate - how beautiful!

Daisy had visions of a gorgeous two-piece gown that our designer Vanessa was able to bring to life! When reflecting on her gown, Daisy said these lovely words:

"The dress was the best part of the whole day and I never felt more like myself than I did in my dress. It really added to the feel of the day too. I had the idea of 2 piece (and 2 toned) in my head before I started shopping and stuck with that with some changes from my original ideas. Vanessa helped make my ideas a reality and helped tweak things so ensure it was right." Daisy mentioned that at first, like many brides, she was having second thoughts about her gown. As soon as Vanessa and the WFML team took her through the design and created a beautiful bespoke piece to truly epitomise her dream two-piece! By the end Daisy said; "I can’t believe I ever had second thoughts though because it was perfect." Hubby Liam chose his suit and he did a grand job! The linen look of the pale blue suit combined with Daisy's blush skirt could not have been a better combination! Daisy has this fabulous tip for Brides when they are choosing a gown that makes their day complete! "I would just say don’t overthink it because it’ll only stress you out. Trust your choice of dress and try to remind yourself of why you picked that dress and be sure it’ll look stunning on the day - you wouldn’t have chosen it if you didn’t love it. Also, don’t listen to ANYONE else about what they think you should wear." And finally, it truly warmed our hearts to read this final comment from Daisy! "I honestly don’t think I could have found a wedding dress as perfect as my custom designed and made skirt and top from Vanessa/WFML. I am not the average bride, and I didn’t feel like myself in all white or in a big formal gown. My ivory and dusty pink daisy outfit was really beautiful and I don’t mean to sound cocky but I think it looked amazing on me. Vanessa was so supportive, honest, and ‘no shit’ - which made the whole process fun and painless. I also don’t think we could have matched the boys outfits so perfectly without her help. As well, although we didn’t buy our bridesmaid dresses from WFML she was more than happy to give us her advice on styles/colours to match all of the bridal party’s outfits."
