This site is owned and operated by When Freddie met Lilly. Should you have any queries regarding our Privacy Policy or Conditions of Use, please do not hesitate to contact us. All users of www.whenfreddiemetlilly.com.au must agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

By using When Freddie met Lilly’s E-boutique, you are giving permission to When Freddie met Lilly to use the credit card details and all other personal details supplied by you. If any of these details change, it is up the the individual to update their details accordingly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. When Freddie met Lilly will not be held accountable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your password and account.

For any orders placed in sized measurements or non-stocked colours, we reserve the right to not refund. Goods will not be ordered until a 50% deposit is paid. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind.

For payments with PayPal we charge a 3.0% surcharge.

All items in the E-boutique are subject to availability. When Freddie met Lilly will not be held accountable for your size being unavailable for a certain garment. We reserve the right to revise the website whenever necessary, and it is up to the individual to check for updates to our conditions of use.

Privacy Policy

When you join our mailing list, we collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address. We don’t collect physical addresses – only emails and phone numbers. To process and fulfill your orders online, you will however be asked to provide us with your shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details on the When Freddie met Lilly Site. We do not share credit card information with third parties, except for the purpose of processing payment for products you’ve ordered and as required by law.

We use the e-mail addresses you have entered within the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalize your shopping experience. We also examine site use and traffic to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. We make a promise to you that we use client information responsibly. Also can we mention here that we will use all of the email addresses for invites to future Bridal Launches and Fashion events linked to When Freddie met Lilly.

When Freddie met Lilly will not sell your e-mail address for any reason. You may at any time request that you be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send an email message to with “please remove me” in the subject line to contact@whenfreddiemetlilly.com.au and we will happily delete your details as per your request.

FAQ

Ordering and Payment

Our store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. After you place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the e-mail address that was entered on your order form. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched. You will be notified by email, to advise if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock. In this instance, the full amount will be refunded using your original payment method.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made through Paypal with Visa & Mastercard.

You may want to pay by direct deposit. This is possibly by contacting contact@whenfreddiemetlilly.com.au. The goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. If payment is not received within 5 business days, then purchased items will be returned to stock.

Commonly asked questions answers:

How long will it take me to receive my order?

If ordering within Australia, then typically you will receive within 2-5 days from the date of your order. Obviously for regional areas including NT and WA please add an extra business day. Especially around Christmas time.

Overseas goods

Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?

Yes PO Boxes are acceptable as we use Express Post bags.
What if I would like an item that is “sold out”?

Like any store, our stock of products is limited, and if an item is marked “sold out” then it is likely to not be available any more. However in some instances we are able to re-order items, so if you are particularly interested in an item, please contact us at contact@whenfreddiemetlilly.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.
How true are the garment colours of the products for sale?

Garment colours will be reproduced as true and accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.
What if an item doesn’t fit, or I don’t like it once I have received it?

You are free to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your product, as long as the item is in new, un-worn, un-washed and un-used condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at contact@whenfreddiemetlilly.com.au for an authorisation number with which to return the goods. Goods are to be returned at your expense, but a replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra charge. The receipt must accompany the goods. Items that have been returned that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be sent directly back to the customer

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to any part of Australia with Australia Post. The cost for all deliveries to Australia is $25.00. We also deliver to other countries at a cost of $45. Should you not be happy with your dress or suit, you have 14 days to return the product to us without any reason.

We do not accept any returns that have obvious markings or traces of wear. In this case we will charge 50% of the original cost. The balance will be returned within 14 working days to the specified account.

Delivery times differ from region to region. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery within Australia. For international deliveries please allow up to 21 working days.
