WFML REAL BRIDE: HANNAH

Posted by on

WFML Real Bride Hannah wasn't one to let COVID-19 ruin her big day! Despite a date, venue and theme change, Hannah stayed optimistic and made sure her and hubby Nick, had the very best day possible. Despite all the changes it "was perfection and completely worth the wait”.

Hannah and Nick had originally planned to have a “low-key beach side wedding” but “Covid had other plans”. The couple ended up changing “to a beautifully elegant city side wedding” and was able to have a majority of her closest family and friends attend.

In terms of her dress, Hannah visited a number of bridal stores with a clear style in mind, "something very simple and nothing over the top." But until she came to us at When Freddie Met Lilly she had not found the one. She’d tried on about ten dresses before she tried the WFML dress, “the sample was so small and I could only get one arm in the sleeve and I was holding the skirt up but I had that moment! It was the one and felt like an absolute princess!".

Reflecting on her WFML experience, Hannah states, "Vanessa always made me feel beautiful and was an expert in suggesting styles that would suit my body shape." Her experience in feeling like an absolute queen in her perfect dress made her already magical day, perfection.

Hannah’s advice to future brides is to “make sure you feel like an absolute queen! Pick something you feel comfortable in and on your big day, before you leave for the wedding, stand in front of the mirror and take a moment to embrace how beautiful you look”.

We wish Hannah and Nick the best of luck for the future! We are so blessed and honoured to have helped Hannah create her perfect WFML dress!

Thank you so much for sharing your very special day with WFML!
