WFML Real Bride: Chloe

"We planned a surprise wedding!" Keep reading to find out more about Chloe and Steve's magical big day that came as a wonderful shock to their guests!

With both Steve and Chloe having no desire to make a big, formal affair of the day, the couple decided to make it a relaxed celebration with their nearest and dearest. Held down at Shorncliffe, near the Pier, guests were invited to their "engagement party" only to be later introduced to the newlyweds themselves. How special (& congrats to both Chloe & Steve for keeping their special surprise a secret for a whole 9 months!!). When looking for her dream wedding gown, beautiful Chloe knew she was after a lace, slim fitting dress. However, she tried on a whole bunch of different designs to make sure her heart and mind agreed on the style. We were so honoured to create Chloe's gown and my goodness it was perfect for her! "The gown felt amazing on the day, I felt so beautiful!" Handsome Steve was after a more casual look so sourced his outfit independently.

Chloe wrote these kind words about WFML: "They were very helpful and even more so when I attended one dress fitting on my own – although this wasn’t intentional it just happened I had to do it alone, and while it felt daunting at the start it was perfectly ok. Vanessa was amazingly helpful and Nikki the dress maker was amazing as well. So helpful, welcoming and friendly." On the hunt for your dream gown? Here is a gem of advice from bride Chloe: "Try on as many different styles as you can – it really does help you understand what suits your body and what you will feel most comfortable in." Congratulations you two! Such a sensational day for a beautiful couple.
